Summit County Mountain Retreats Maintenance Technician, Property Management in Keystone, Colorado

As a Maintenance Technician you will work with the other maintenance staff onour team to serve both our clients and guests by helping to maintain all ofour vacation rentals. Most days you will be highly independent,investigating and repairing a wide range of issues.Your day will begin at the office where you and the other maintenance staffwill develop a plan for the day. From there you will head out to the resort ina company vehicle with a provided laptop or tablet to complete variousmaintenance tasks, ranging anywhere from delivering new keycards totroubleshooting electronic door locks, appliance repair, clearing drainsand repairing cabinet doors (training is provided for skills that are uniqueto this job). Attention to detail is very important. Occasionally it will benecessary to interact with our guests and clients while completing serviceorders. At the end of each shift you will regroup with the rest of themaintenance team at the office.Our goal is to operate a highly efficient maintenance department. We do thisby maintaining and inputting all service orders into an easy-to-use computersystem. All staff members are provided with a laptop or tablet to use in thefield. Typically an hour per shift is spent inputting information into thesystem.We're open seven days a week with normal daytime hours. Occasionally,after-hours emergency calls may need to be serviced. We can make reasonableaccommodations to work with personal schedules.
