2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe Senior Director, CKD EHR is responsible for DaVita's ambulatory EHRbusiness - CKD EHR by Epic - accountable for the general management,oversight, and growth of the business. This leader provides strategic andtactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the 40 teammate-strong CKDEHR organization. This position has budget and PandL accountability.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesLeadershipAlign strategic initiatives to drive clear benefits including businessgrowth, increase revenue, productivity, and quality.Build and inspire high-performing and high-fulfillment teamExecute as a highly organized operator: develop and manage team workflowsand processes to accomplish goals; delegate tasks and coach subordinates toimprove performance and ensure accountabilityCoordinate all project activities, including software and hardware,business- and IT-related tasks, internal/external communications andchange managementAccountable for delivering on all project milestonesBuild relationships with cross-functional teams across the Village and workeffectively within DaVita structuresRepresent DaVita and CKD EHR externally, in partnership with PhysicianExperience leadership.
