Essential Duties

  • Drive revenue growth by proactively optimizing end-to-end performance of the CDN and IP networks.

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) of sub-optimal performance through quantitative analysis of large data streams generated by internal and external systems.

  • Automate KPI monitoring to recognize and respond to performance degradation or anomalous behavior.

  • Work effectively across multiple internal and external organizations to drive a resolution to issues.

  • Provide concise and timely management reporting around network performance.

  • Define recommendations for system enhancements to drive continuous improvement of end user experience.


Basic Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or statistical field or 4 years of relevant job experience. Relevant job experience is described as:

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience

Education and Experience

Experience: 2-3 yrs in data science, IP networking or content delivery

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Field of Study: Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related

Experience with programmatic statistical analysis in Python and/or R; experience with Scala on Spark and with SQL helpful.

A combination of education and experience is acceptable: Yes
