GET INSPIRED BY THE WORK YOU LL DO * Dual role of managing sales productivity of an assigned sales team orteams along with selling company products and /or services. * Responsible for revenue, profitability and market share results aswell as the execution of strategic and tactical sales goals and plans * Developing and leading your team to expand more complex sales accountswithin the established business segment or geographical region * Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales and margin quotas * Maximizing true TAM within set account base * Has detailed knowledge of all accounts and has strong relationshipswithin all levels at these accounts * Maintain written documentation and procedures for assigned salesaccounts * Work extensively with internal SYNNEX teams to offload repetitive tasks * Assist manager on other sales projects * Lead, cross-train and mentor team in sales principles, practicesand technology * Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area ofexpertise * Able to manage reseller projects and rollouts * Quote, negotiate, and close inventory pricing and availability andclose bids on behalf of customers * Act as a resource and provide technical assistance and coaching to lessexperienced sales personnel YOUR PASSION IS SPARKED BY: * BS degree from an accredited college, and a minimum of three years ofrelated experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Information technology distribution industry knowledge and experience * Basic knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and terminology * Proven experience building stable working relationships internally * Demonstrated detail-oriented individual with solid analytical skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must * Ability to work on problems of limited scope * Ability to follow standard practices and procedures in analyzingsituations or data from which answers can be readily obtained @ SYNNEX CORPORATION, WE BELIEVE EMPLOYEES ARE OUR GREATEST ASSET ANDWE EMPOWER THEM TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR BUSINESS.
