Responsible for providing accurate and timely support withinagreed team SLA's and KPI's. This role will have an emphasis on LeavesAdministration Support.This is a temporary role of up to 6 months, until December 2019.What you will do:Provide exceptional customer service to employees from a diverse organizationthat are seeking additional information relevant to HR Services, orredirecting as appropriateAchieve mastery of HRSSC knowledge by engaging in cross training activities toup-skill your ongoing personal knowledge and experience of the Benefits,Leaves and Retirement areas within the HRSSC groupMaintain a broad and up to date knowledge of US .and. Canadian legislationspertaining to Benefits and Leaves to make administrative and proceduraldecisions and exercise judgment on sensitive issues in alignment withcorporate policy/regulationsSupport the ongoing development and continuous improvement initiatives withinthe HR Shared Service Center by participating in activities such as the reviewand update of process documentation and team ways of workingEnsure that your work is managed effectively and efficiently through companysystems and that you are adaptable and supportive of any new or changingtechnologiesSafeguard employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality andprotection of sensitive informationTo ensure that health, safety, security and risk issues are considered andfactored into all areas of activity. Regular reviews are undertaken andactions taken as necessaryCommunicate and resolve escalated issues relating to Health and Welfare andBenefit programs including enrollment eligibility, claims resolution,payroll deductions as well as COBRA, HSA and FSA issuesAdministration of leave programs in compliance with US and Canadianregulations and equitable application of policies and laws (i.e. FMLA, USERRA)Uses regulations, decision matrices, benefit plan descriptions,enrollment, instruction guidelines and vendor information to determineappropriate benefit selectionAdminister count order processing and maintenanceAssist with internal benefit plan communications and forms to ensure necessaryand timely distribution occursSupport the processing, generating, assembling, distributing, scanningand editing of forms and files, as neededSupport the Center of Excellent (COE) team with the planning and executionof the annual Open Enrollment process and ad hoc
