ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, this role:Processes applications and issues motor vehicle titles and registrations atthe counter.Calculates and collects appropriate sales tax and license fees.Enforces emission and heavy vehicle use tax programs.Verifies accuracy of all documentation submitted.Ensures compliance with motor vehicle statutes, rules, and regulations.Issues persons with disability placards.Processes registrations for renewals.Applies for salvage titles, bond titles, homemade or assignedidentification numbers.Issues duplicate titles.Operates cash tendering system and maintains a cash drawer.To view the fulljob description, visit.The ideal candidate will:Have recent experience working with motor vehicle titles in the retailenvironment.May have previous experience as it is fast-paced, requiring extensivecustomer service and cash handling experience similar to this role.Be dedicated, assertive, and self-motivated.Possess exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Be a positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced professionalenvironment. QualificationsAll candidates will be screened for the following required minimumqualifications.
