We look forpeople who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative teamplayers, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search ofa better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed theFuture, and grow your career.Located in our executive office in Loveland, Colorado, the Vice Presidentof Equity, Diversity and Inclusion formulates and oversees impactfulinclusion strategies ensuring greater equity and innovation in ourworkplace, supply chain, and operating communities.Reporting to the EVPand Chief HR and Administration Officer, the incumbentwill act as a trusted partner to the Executive Leadership Team and to SeniorBusiness Leaders, Employee Resource Groups, Human Resources,Sustainability and Stakeholder Relations and the Procurement organization.The Vice President will lead the development and execution of long-term,global diversity strategies and manage the global governance structure thatprovides oversight to drive accountability and results.What you will do:Lead a robust, integrated Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy for NutrienDevelop the accountability strategy to drive organizational ownership andindividual leadership goals across leadership functionsStrengthen quarterly Executive Summaries of insights for each functionLeverage data to generate insights and translate into actions that supportNutrien's EDI goalsProvide thought leadership to the organization and the external marketDevelop comprehensive communication strategies that identify and leveragemacro trends to inform Nutrien's narrative and positioning both internallyand externally as a great place to work and to do business withEmbed EDI into all people, procurement and business processes, ensuringglobal alignment while tailoring for regional needsEvolve Nutrien's current strategy and develop key programs that will make amore inclusive culture and companyPartner with Global Procurement to establish enterprise-wide SupplierDiversity StrategyCreate and drive transparency and accountability across all levels of thebusinessDefine the framework for measuring and tracking diversity, belonging andinclusionOversee and guide the systems and metrics needed to support (e.g.scorecards, dashboards, etc.)Lead research, analysis and benchmarking across other organizations toprovide insight on developing an inclusive workforce that respects diversityat all levelsLaunch and chair Nutrien's Inclusion Council with refreshed priorities andstructure for their mandate and responsibilitiesLeadership of the Inclusion Council serving as an influencer and connectoracross all NutrienLeverage Nutrien Centers of Excellence including platform development,analytics, research, and talent brandQuantify and deepen communications impact, improve decision support anddrive outcomesPartner with Sustainability and Stakeholder Relations and provide theappropriate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) guidance andmetrics for Nutrien that relate to DandILead the design and development of programs and efforts that will providemeaningful and measurable progress towards these ESG metricsPartner wi
