We are driven by acommon purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities,and the environment.SUMMARYRepresent the quality function of medical device manufacturing support, inconjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affectingmanufacturing.This position is expected to support 3rd shift manufacturing as the primaryquality contact. Applicants must be able to to work 3rd shift hours, withsome flexibility to cover 2nd shift as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties maybe assigned.Evaluate and support manufacturing and inspection processes via inspectionaids and instruction guidelines.Support all training programs by development and implementation of specializedtraining sessions for all applicable functions.Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files; developappropriate systems for document storage and access.Interface with all departments as applied to the Policies and Procedures withspecial regard to ISO 13485 and GMP documentation.Monitor departmental activities and provide technical and logisticalguidance/support for the quality engineering staff as applicable.Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer asneeded.Support and focus corrective action efforts and utilizing the SPC data andcorrective action tracking package and create and implement any meetings,procedures, or team-building concepts as necessary as part of thecorrective/preventative effort.Improve technical support for the quality organization.Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with thisposition and as directed by supervisor.Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree required, preferred in engineering, and two yearsrelated experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strongly preferred experience in Medical Device Quality and/or Manufacturing.The anticipated pay range for this role is $51,348 - $74,369 -$97,497.
