Job title:Night AuditorThe job overview of the Night Auditor is to execute the daily reconciliationand audit; to follow safety and standard procedures and ensure guestsatisfaction; to provide luxury resort quality service to all guests. TheNight Auditor will work in coordination with the operational procedures putforth by the General Management, and Guest Services Director.Duties:Balance all cash draws and safe, Reconcile Day end reporting for alldepartments, Run system audit and send reporting as directed, Reconciledaily wristband sales, Review guest checkouts for accuracy. Exhibit aprofessional attitude, friendliness and an ability to handle difficultsituations. Uphold gracious communication procedures in the serving andhandling of guests. Treat every single person as a VIP. (guests andemployees alike) Report guest complaints to supervisor or MOD. Provideaccurate and efficient service.Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Check guestsin, process checkouts, take reservations as needed.Requirements of the job:Must be at least 18 years of age; must have high school diploma orequivalent, bachelors degree preferred. Must have at least 2 years incustomer service and cash handling. Must have strong computer and mathskills, excellent communication skills and be highly organized. Must beavailable to work holidays, nights and weekends. Must comply with theresort's appearance and dress code policy as set forth in the EmployeeHandbookWages and how often paid:Pay is negotiable per hour - paid bi-weekly.Benefits:To be discussed with employer.Shift days and hours to be worked:This is a part-time to full-time position; 20-40 hours per week;days and hours worked will be determined by employer.
