Its an Ent thing!Position Description:This position is fully responsible for the attainment of all Direct ConsumerLoan production goals as well as working as part of a global group towards thehighest levels of member satisfaction and attainment of other KPI goals.Consumer loans will be originated and loan closings will befacilitated/funded by members of the lending sales team via our centernetwork, lending center, web, or other delivery methods. All members ofthe lending sales team will be charged with helping existing members, andpotential members maximize the benefits of their Ent relationship. This willbe accomplished through 1. A consultative sale/service approach that helpsmembers realize the value of product and service offerings here at Ent;whether they be consumer loan related or otherwise, 2. Through accountmanagement and business development endeavors that will include both internaland outbound pursuits. 3. By utilizing their expertise, training andexperience to help members in a productive financial counseling capacity(help members make the best use of their money) at all levels of theconsumer lending process, including delivering denial loan decisions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Interview applicants about financial history and future financial goals whilesubmitting loan applications.Internal and External Business Development and Account Retention/ManagementAdvise members through their loan closing documents, terms andresponsibilities to repay while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Reporting and trackingSupporting Education and Service TeamsSelf Development in the areas of personal/consumer finance and salesOther duties as requiredMinimum formal education required for this position:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum work experience:2+ years experience in a financial services institution1+ years experience with Consumer or Mortgage Loan Origination(Preferred) 1+ years experience as an Ent MSR-LCTechnical or specialized knowledge/skills:Knowledge of Credit Reporting/ScoringKnowledge of Personal Finance auto buying, real estate lending, currentaffairs related to consumer FinanceKnowledge of Lending Regulations related to consumer lendingStrong critical thinking / analytical skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsCapacity to learn and execute new sales skillsTyping skills 30 words per minute or more10 Key by touchProficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) andLending SoftwareCertifications required:None requiredEnvironmental, physical and psychological requirements:Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time in a climatecontrolled environment. Must be able to use fingers, hands, wrists forrepetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper,currency, or coin, and operating a telephone. Demands for visual andauditory acuity are typical of an office environment. Must be able to interactvia email, telephone, or in person with diplomacy, tact, and courtesywith all members under varying circumstances.
