We are currently seeking a Case Manager who has a passion for providing the highest quality care in a community corrections setting.

Who We Are:

Operating since 2001, RMOMS has provided services in the form of supervision of parolees, and as a system of resource management for swelling probation populations needing direct supervision. RMOMS works with government agencies to provide jail population mitigation programs through the use of electronic monitoring, as well as case management supervision and day reporting programs. These programs are provided as sentencing alternatives, population management programs, or as pre-trial supervision programs.

What You Get To Do:

The Case Manager is responsible for programmatic goals, ensuring program conditions are met, and assisting in the establishment or reestablishment of community ties as required. They ensure contractual deadlines are met, and the clients' performance is monitored and documented properly. Additionally, the Case Manager will provide exceptional customer service and comply with company and contractual policies and procedures.

 

  • Supervise caseload of clients to ensure program, court and referring agency requirements are met. Provide client with community resource assistance. Conduct client assessments, evaluate programming progress and participates in client progress meetings.

  • Ensure accountability of clients in the community via phone calls, onsite checks, drug and alcohol screenings, observations, and verification of submitted documentation and requests.

  • Review and oversee clients' financial obligations. Collects supervision payments from clients.

  • Review and evaluate client behavior and notify appropriate agency of infractions or determines if disciplinary measures are needed.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree is required. Demonstrate ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and apply problem solving techniques to complex issues. Strong organizational and clerical skills required. Experience in Microsoft Office or other similar software applications is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
