Maintenance Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years experience as a maintenance leader within heavy industrial / mill enviroments

• Exprience overseeing maintenance budgets

• Electrical and Mechanical experience to include a high degree of PLC, Drive, Instrumentation and Automation experience

• Proficient with Industrial Electrical/ Mechanical Equipment

• Willing to be on call

responsibilities:

• Direct and manage effective repairs and installation in assigned area

• Manage and supervise preventative and predictive electrical and mechanical programs

• Coordinate training of workforce in safety and technical areas to continuously improve their abilities

• Assist in necessary troubleshooting of maintenance problems and coordinate required solutions

• Supervise the procurement, organization and the inventorying of required parts and materials for repairs

• Develop and monitor all major maintenance projects and AFEs
