Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for providing best in class post-sale customer support to the established customers of our Flow Cytometry and Western Blot platforms. The Liaison will drive customer satisfaction and be responsible for coordination of internal stakeholders in sales, service, application support, product management, quality assurance and other relevant teams to bring quick solutions and streamlined communication to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with varying support teams (Service, Customer Service, Product Management, and Sales) to ensure consistent application and timeliness of warranty policy and goodwill towards the customer.

  • Oversee the escalation process and be the central communicator to the customer.

  • Maintain in-depth and up to date technical knowledge of relevant workflows related to Flow Cytometry, Immunoassays and Western Blotting.

  • Gather field intelligence and report trends to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Create written Issue/Resolution report for each customer escalation

  • Support field sales in technical customer facing functions as neede

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree required, PhD preferred.

  • Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Diagnostics Industries preferred.

  • Experience, familiarity and passion for the areas of Flow Cytometry, Immunology, Gene Expression, Protein Analysis. .

  • Previous customer facing experience.

  • Demonstrate excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

  • Strong Presentation / Communication skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer needs & travel as required
