Red Hawk Fire .and. Security Dispatcher in Thornton, Colorado

The Dispatcher is responsible for providing administrative support to theservice/inspections department. Directly interface with customers to providethe best possible level of service and satisfaction. These duties include,but are not limited to: - Directly interface with customers to provide the best possible levelof service and satisfaction. - Dispatch technicians - Process work requests (received from the Manager, from thefield, or directly from phone calls from customers), which includesgenerating work orders and issuing to the assigned technician. - Maintain a log of all work orders issued. - Reconcile discrepancies - Assist in the coverage of company phones as needed. - Interact effectively with all levels of personnel and customers. - Generate reports on a monthly basis for upcoming inspections. - Coordinate service activities on a day-to-day basis, includingpreparation, service calls, updates and follow ups. Maintain an ongoingschedule of all service/inspections technicians. - Review and report actual time versus estimated time to ensure contractprofitability. - Review returned work orders and other inspection-related informationto ensure proper documentation, completion of inspection, billing andgeneral compliance with procedures and training. Forward work orders to theService Billing Coordinator for billing. - Track long-term issues and/or service tickets pending parts orfurther action that might be 'lost', utilizing day-to-day methods. - Order materials necessary for technicians to complete jobs. - Other duties as assigned.EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability - High school degree or equivalent required - 2 years minimum administrative experience, including phones andcustomer service - We will conduct background and drug testSkills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personableand well organized - Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal andexternal customers - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups - Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programsas MS Word, Excel, and Outlook - Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skillswhich allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due dateEmployer's Job# 5000510033006Please visit job URL for more information about this opening and to view EOEstatement.
