Together, our technology will keep thatconnection strong and fuel a future collaboration and understanding, inspite of circumstances, distance or time zones.Location: US RemoteAs the eTail Operations Manager for Amazon, you will have ownership of theSales and Operations function across all accounts; supporting the AccountManager and Ecommerce DirectorWhat you'll do:SalesMonitor the sales and platforms daily to ensure constant sales and forwardprogressExecute on Account Manager sales strategies to ensure account and platformgrowthDevelop quarterly, weekly and daily reporting to understand businessperformance for upper management review and actionAnalyse weekly sales reporting and develop key tactical and strategic insightsat an account level to ensure account growthInventoryManage in stock and on hand supply for all account while working crossfunctionally with the procurement, planning team to ensure supply alongsidedemand forecastingImprove input metrics such as Rep OOS, Lost Buy Box, Lead Time, andProfitabilityDevelop the knowledge to execute and facilitate the operations function forAmazon (Vendor and Seller) as well as new platforms (PO, Inbound,Outbound, Logistics)Manage the Demand Assessment process for each account to ensure properforecasting of supplyNew Product Launch DeliveryHelp develop sales forecasts for new products and setup these products acrossall platformsAssist in developing new product launch plans with a plan to execute pre-,during-, and post launch ramp of the new product to ensure successful salesramManage customer review programs to be able to receive good star ratings andreviews on new product launchesMerchandisingReview online product pages constantly and look for ways to improve thecontent and optimizePerform weekly and monthly audits of the online product catalog to ensure thebest brand experience for the end consumerMonitor product reviews and star rating as well as QandA weekly and addresspotential problem areasPricing and PromoHelp setup promotions on key platforms and ensure proper stock before andafter the eventMonitor and manage channel pricing daily with an enforcement of the MAP policyif requiredAccount RelationshipsDevelop and manage relationships with Inventory and Logistics Managers ifapplicableInterface with cross functional departments, both internally andexternally, as needed to support customer accounts and resolve any issuesthat may ariseWe'd love to hear from you if you have:Understanding of the eTail industry or capability to learnEvidenced desire to continuously learn and improve knowledge and skill levelAbility to coordinate and lead initiatives and peopleComfortable supporting, collaborating and presenting to the most seniorlevels of leadership and demonstrated ability to build strong workingrelationshipsComfortable with ambiguity while motivated to reduce its impact on the
