Refine operational processes around the planning and execution of demandgeneration campaigns Implement automation using Pardot to optimize segmentation, campaignexecution, lead scoring, and nurturing while providing troubleshootingassistan Provide best practice guidance and templates for use in programs andcampaigns Work closely with segment leads, marketing and communications team,and sales operations to execute strategy using marketing automation and CRMpla Conduct regular data hygiene and list management Manage lead routing and distribution Build and execute account-based marketing programs using Terminus Build, maintain, and publish reporting to enable campaignforecasting and tracking metrics for trend and ROI analysis and continuousimprovement of program performance, with focus on lead to revenue reportingusing BrightFunnel Monitor marketing technology landscape for innovation, scalability,and growth opportunities while managing vendor relationshipsWhat you'll bring 5 years proven track record delivering lead generation results throughintegrated marketing programs in a high-tech B2B sector 3+ years of campaign automation technology experience showing strongfunctional and technical expertise (Pardot preferred) Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience is required Knowledge of cybersecurity industry and/or professional services ispreferred Highly collaborative and driven, with ability to work effectively bothin teams and independently Strong ability to think critically, solve problems, and manageprojects in a high-growth environment Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience analyzing data to deliveractionable recommendations Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint BrightFunnel or Bizible experience preferredBonus Points HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus!Why you'll want to join usPassionate problem-solvers who are hungry to learn, grow, and contribute.That's what it takes to be a part of the Coalfire team.
